Thank you for supporting Elevate The 828 through donations and purchases. By making a donation or purchasing items from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Use of Funds
All donations are used to support the mission of Elevate The 828, which includes raising funds for local nonprofits, community organizations, and churches in Rutherford County and the 828 area to uplift those affected by disasters, homelessness, poverty, and unemployment. While we make every effort to use funds as indicated in our campaigns, Elevate The 828 reserves the right to allocate funds where they are needed most.
Our Fiscal Sponsorship
While our 501(c)(3) status is pending, Elevate The 828 is fiscally sponsored by Fiscal Sponsorship Allies, allowing us to accept tax-deductible donations as a 501(c)(3) public charity. This sponsorship expands our ability to receive grants, donor-advised funds (DAFs), and other contributions that fuel our work in Rutherford County and surrounding areas. By partnering with Fiscal Sponsorship Allies, we can focus more resources on supporting our community in times of need, from disaster relief to poverty alleviation.
Refund Policy for Donations
Donations to Elevate The 828 are generally non-refundable. If you believe there was an error in the donation process or need to request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your donation. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Store Purchases
All items purchased from our store are made to order and are therefore non-refundable. Please carefully review the size guide provided for each product to select the best size, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. Additionally, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Elevate The 828 is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses due to errors made during the order process.
Privacy
Elevate The 828 values your privacy and will not share, sell, or trade your personal information with any third parties.
